Hello everyone! This is one of the first-year representatives Connor Malley. Last Friday (25th) we had our Service Kickoff for the program. In it, Dominic Marchese, the BFS Service Chair, goes over the Franklin Service Sheet that lists online and in-person service opportunities available on the BFS website and some other websites that have other opportunities if none of the presented ones interest you.
One easy opportunity is the app Litterati, which catalogues litter that you pick up to build up a database of trash information to hopefully inspire change. On Litterati, you can join the BFS group or make your own. Code to join is 978688
Since it is more difficult to get together to do service activities, a form has also been made to fill out to get one event credit for doing service learning.
